If you are not completely satified with your purchase please contact me immediately upon receipt. You may return your purchase within 5 days of receiving it (we offer this beacause we're sure that you'll enjoy your new purchase a much as we enjoyed creating it) Shipping/Insurance charges are non-refundable. Please DO NOT return without contacting me first. Purchase must be returned via UPS Shipping with Insurance or USPS Priority Shipping with Insurance at your expense and in the same condition in which it was received.
